Information generated through the MCP Server, any connected Artificial Intelligence (AI) application, or any third-party Large Language Model (LLM) is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Such information does not constitute investment advice, investment recommendations, financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or investment strategy. Use of AI is at your discretion and risk. Any information, analysis, summaries, market commentary, trading ideas, or responses generated by an AI application are produced by the applicable third-party AI system—not by Tradier, Inc. or any of its affiliates (“Tradier”)—and may not reflect current market conditions, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or your individual financial circumstances. Customers should independently verify all information before relying upon it for any investment or financial decision. You remain solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any information generated by an AI application before making any investment or trading decisions.

Tradier does not supervise, monitor, validate, endorse, or approve the content, conclusions, analyses, recommendations, or outputs generated by any third-party AI application. Tradier does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with the MCP Server or any third-party platform. Customers should exercise caution before transmitting information to any third-party AI application.

By enabling Tradier’s MCP Server integration, you authorize Tradier to transmit the information necessary to respond to your requests, which may include account, portfolio, holdings, transaction, and other account information, to the applicable third-party AI provider. Once transmitted, such information is subject to the third-party provider’s terms of service, privacy policy, and data handling practices, which are independent of Tradier. Customers should carefully review the privacy practices of any third-party AI application before authorizing such access.

Tradier does not control, and is not responsible for, the storage, retention, processing, use, or disclosure of information by any third-party AI provider. Customers should not provide account credentials, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, or other information that is not reasonably necessary to obtain the requested AI-generated response. Tradier reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue access to the MCP Server or any supported integrations at any time, with or without prior notice.
