Operational Support Engineer

What we do

Tradier is a cloud-based financial services provider that offers a technology and brokerage platform to businesses and individual investors. We provide API solutions for businesses to integrate trading and market data into their platforms as well as a self-directed retail trading platform used by thousands of customers every day. Tradier’s platform satisfies over 1 billion API calls and executes 300+ thousand orders per month to meet our customer needs.

What you’ll do here

• Manage technical customer relationships with API partners
• Guide partners on their technical integration of our API
• Manage and maintain technical documentation for our technical products
• Monitor and maintain production servers and systems
• Manage release schedules, changelogs, and product updates
• Develop and maintain CI/CD solutions for technical products
• Advocate internally for customer interests in product development

Requirements

• Strong experience supporting technical products
• Strong experience writing technical documentation and/or technical support responses
• Strong experience with knowledge base and technical documentation tools
• Moderate experience with CI/CD tools (Buddy, Jenkins, Travis, etc.)
• Moderate experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Some experience with support ticketing (Zendesk, Helpscout, JIRA)

Extras

• Any financial services experience working within banking or investing companies
• You have a background in computer science or relevant technical degree
• You have experience with infrastructure cybersecurity considerations
• You have an interest in technical development, infrastructure management

Compensation

• $90k - $145k USD per year salary, commensurate with experience
• Incentive stock options
